Start with the people, not the policy
A partner working in one country, children studying in another, parents you would want nearby during recovery. We map each person's residence, existing arrangements and preferred places of treatment before comparing international cover. One household does not always mean one identical insurance solution.
What needs to be checked
We look at inpatient and outpatient care, the geographical area, deductibles and the rules for dependants. Maternity, newborn enrolment and a child moving abroad need specific questions: availability, waiting periods and accepted terms differ. Nothing should be assumed from a family-friendly product name.
A written plan you can understand
Your recommendation explains why the chosen option fits, where it is limited and what we would revisit if your circumstances change. We also identify matters that must be confirmed directly by the insurer. Your coverage summary helps the family keep the important information together; the actual policy remains decisive.
Before you move
Tell us before a change of residence, a child leaving home or an employer benefit ending. We can then check the implications and available options. We cannot guarantee that an existing premium, underwriting decision or geographical area remains unchanged after a move.
